I was not attracted to this filter by the main thubnail, BUT as this was done by you voldemort, this could not be a bad filter, you that have SO MUCH experience making filters.

SO I have tested it and in the filter page I got interested in preset 7

And I have to say that it gives a nice effect and good for texturing in a unusual way.

Well done.
