Of course...it's a mother bird feeding her babies in the nest, but a coiled cobra is about to spring and bite her in the neck. I think there is a peace sign in the background, too.

Good work on this one Morgantao...I was reading the description and I think that you might be a doctor...Cause I cannot read that text in the image worth a darn...
