Thanks.
Originally this filter was going to use the traditional polar coordinate transforms plus smudge method, but the quality turned out to be sub-par (check out the jaggies on the left bulge of the lifesaver (link below)). Additionally, the Smudge component refuses to provide an option for not rendering the source. Consequently I opted for the scale loop approach. Much slower, but no jaggies. Clicky! --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

I finally got around to trying this wonderful filter. It is one of those filters where playing with the Next Variant button gives you lots of surprises
