I really like the landscapes this filter generates! I would only like to see the settings have more descriptive names

Truly amazing work. I opened the filter editor to see your setup and man I have to tell you I don't understand most of what is going on. What's up with the groups " I.R.I.S " and " The three towers "? I have no idea why those are in there. I can tell you I will absolutely never in life be able to do that kind of work. You really know your stuff.

Ha! Ha! I expected it!
I was not satisfied from simply using Smudge over the Image. So I thought to add something to the original Image before to smudge. I thought that circular, star or flower shape could create a good adding in 3D, especially if made in white color. I.R.I.S. The first start of this group came from other filters recreating the iris of our eye. I modified them to obtain the shape that I liked the most. Iris is also a flower.... As joke, I decide to tall the group I.R.I.S. ( I.R.I.S. , also written simply IRIS ( ì•„ì´ë¦¬ìФ ) is the title of a Korean spy movie and TV drama. ![]() The Three Towers This group is similar to I.R.I.S. , with the difference of having on the circular design three larger spheres. These spheres were thought to become as three towers over the "building" created by smudging the original image. The effect is less impressive than what I thought, but anyway I kept it. One of the books of The Lord of the Rings is "The Two Towers". In this filter there are three, so "The Three Towers" ( for short, "TTT" ). I'm working on a new version of this same filter. I'm still not sure if adding it as an update or making a completely new filter. The new version will add lightnings also in the sky. |

Stone World Landscapes is a rather simple series of filters. There are not so many controls.
I'm still unsure about uploading The Infernal Machine series, because some of these filters have more than 150 controls.... |

Cool! I like how the lightning looks like it's emanating from the ground.
![]() When you use others' filters inside your own, it's nice to reference them. I.R.I.S. is from Marwyn's mw_Studio Light_Stars The Three Towers is from mx_Tri Eye, also by Marwyn. |

Amazing work and cool 3D extruded shapes, well done effect
But I wonder if there could be a way to rise the horizon so it could be seen more of the landscape, or maybe even better is to rotate the plane where is the landscape, or change the point of view to be higher Maybe for example a point of view something like this one shown here in this link Also how could be possible that just one source image could take most of the foreground and then the repeated ones with the same size? I suppose and think that this should be maybe with a scale, but have not tried it |
