Forgot to mention that you can changed the lacy look by simply changing the size of the image. A 600x600 will make the lace look more thinner/a little more worn out, while a 2000x 2000 will make the lace look thicker/newer.

As far as seamless, not sure why it won't display as seamless. When I title it in gimp, it seem...seamless.
