Yes, limiting the control ranges via remappers would solve this. |

I've remapped "White Point" so the highest and lowest values cannot be selected. I can't do anything to "Use Alpha" aside from remove it and I don't think that's a good idea since I think it would be useful.
I've played with all the other sliders and they don't seem to have an effect. I'll have to wait and see how the variants turn out this time. |

Hmmm. Why don't you do the first nine presets yourself instead of letting them be determined randomly? That way you would have artistic control over how they turn up in the library. Just fine-tune them all with 'seamless tiling' turned on... ![]() --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

I didn't realize presets and variations where the same thing.
I thought presets where just that and variations were just random examples generated for use on the web. |

Well, if you only do one 'factory preset' for your filter, the other 8 will be determined randomly, which is a bad thing. That's why I always provide at least 9 presets for my filters and try to make them as representative as possible.

This is a wonderful filter. It turns any simple shape into a fiery symbol that looks spectacular. Many thanks to the author!
