Great for photos but also great for digital crafts and art projects~ smile:D

I'm going to place some images here that show the use for both~ And would love to hear feedback on the projects you've used it on. smile:D It is a must have little filter.

First is an image made with the quliting squares from my Country Quilt Filter.

The finished project was given a coat of Acid Wash Photo Edge with the blue removed via the settings panel for the filter.

And here on the same photo with the blue removed via the settings panel for the filter.

With this filter the entire edge is acid washed not only leaving the white and blue residue but a nice grey scale image (for the edges of the photo).

Hi Steve~ Hi Kraellin~

TY for the compliments!~ smile:fairy:

That last image is from the 1897 First Reader Collection.

Here is the link for the collection~ 1897 First Reader Collection

I have found over the last decade that .html pages do not stay on the web forever and I don't know how long Ulead plans to keep the link there. So my advice is to burn a copy of the permissions and the images on a CD for personal use only as a backup. Then you have a backup for the images should 4 or 5 years down the road or even next year the page is not there anymore. The copyrights had run out and instead of selling the images she is offering free for graphics use---------> Run and download. ((( I loves her )))

It would be interesting to make a filter that produces the same type of texturing found in these old Reader Book images.

They are definately specialty items. I think in a challange or contest they'd stand out. smile:D

Persidio you have a high!!! smile:D smile:D smile:D I'm so proud of you! Do you have many highs yet? I think it was your excellent examples that really made people aware of the power of this filter. I would not have realized nice it is just by looking at the lifesaver.
I should spend more time making examples.

Great job!

It’s easy to see why it’s HU; no one can resist using it after they get it.
So simple and so easy to use – it should have been editor’s choice.

Sorry - I did not pick a very good pic to show off your filter. I'm trying to get a filter out and I wasn't as focused as I should have been. I will post a better one later. smile:)

It can’t tell you, it may jinx it. But I can tell you that I have been stumped for nearly a week on some stupid conceptual stuff. My thick headedness/stubbornness is extremely aggravating – it will be my undoing. smile:evil:

Today I have been trying to stay focused on the bushiness of my tail. Your 3 HU announcement made it a little more bushy, especially near the tip, but it’s basically remaining non-bushy. I could make my eyes brighter with some coffee but I have found that without the tail the eyes don’t make that much difference. It’s early I will rally – I always rally. smile:|

Here's a sample with two applications of the Acid Wash Photo Edge.

My Temptress of Fate Imeem Music site has this image in a private gallery for friends. I don't mind showing in here since we're all like family. Besides it' so filtered,, LOL... I look like a pixie... shows the filter well so thougth I'd post it in the comment area. ((Photo was taken when I was 42... two years ago... on a date with Revelation... real life hubby)). ((Hair in Pony Tail)).

Plus this photo is filter art... and prior to adding the edges with Acid Wash Photo Edge I had pretty much filtered it to death (I don't have brown eyes, the filters ate out the color... LOL).

Two of my Filter Forge fitlers were used as the finishing gloss.

Two applications of Acid Wash Photo Edge and...

my Condensation Filter (compare to EyeCandy water drops)... but I like my version better then Eye Candy's.
