odd, i thought someone else had actually posted a comment on this one already. went looking for it today and couldnt find it. oh well, i can live with senility
![]() this one has a secondary purpose, besides the texture itself. i wanted to show the effect of being able to display a transparency background or an image background. this one has a switch that allows you to toggle this back and forth. Great filter! Not that I will use it persay, but because it teaches a lot of things that I didn't know how to do for a long time. Teaches how to make diagnol lines (took me almost a month to figure that one out)Teaches how to make rectangles, and simple as it seems took me a while to figure out how to do this. Lastly, like you say it teaches how to get a picture or blank background, which I only figured out how to do by shear luck.
If there are any new Filter Forgers reading this post, please download Barber Pole 1f and study the inner workings. It will help you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much, your filters will become better and you will get more HU filters than if you just run blinding into creating filters. Kraellin, awesome. ![]() |

![]() in all honesty, this was just a start plugging things in until i saw something recognizable and then refine it. other times i have something in mind before i start, but this was just a bit of exploring. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
