Hellova name, but nice effect
As for making the second the default, write down the setting you used, go to your filter editor and onthe "result" panel there is a box with your filter controls, click on that and add the new settings, then save your filter, this will now be the default.

Yes, I know this procedure, but will be more simple if we can just move the preset on the edit panel!

interesting texture. looks like heat damage on paint where the paint has sort of bubbled up. nice If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

This is the effect of trichloroethylene on paint...is necessary when you have to repaint something and you hate to use sandpaper (and make a lot of dust!) Be happy, be simple!

Funny thing is I know trichloroethylene from when I work in a colour lab designing colour recipies for the plastics industry (yeah...I did everything in the past LOL)...I remember the label on the drum saying "May cause death if inhalled"
I always liked that warning...nothing subtle about it

I came across something like this years ago when I painted a car - it was called orange peel and was caused by improper prep or too fast drying. It also looks like wet toilet paper. Very nice filter. @ronviers
