Indigo, this one really looks good!

I got an idea and I pass it to you before I make it myself. An option for bark pieces (like my cottage log wall). Would be perfect for farmer fences etc, where the bark is still on several parts of the logs.

I know you like to know what we do with your filters, I whipped this one up right now, looks pretty good for a quick job.

Modelled and rendered in Cheetah3D
Dropshadow added in FF.

That's really neat Totte, thanks for showing me. smile:)

To answer your bark request, I have two problems with that. One, the goal of this filter was to produce more high-end, clean furniture wood (w/o the knots). However, that can be changed. Two, I suck at bark. I just never get it right. Nonetheless, I'll try out your idea and let you know if I make any headway. Of course you are also welcome to try. smile:)

that default is quite good, indigo... very oak-like!
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
