Best way to get feedback for new filters

I made a nifty filter that does chrome effects. Should I submit it first before I show it off?

Also, is this the right forum to ask for users opinions on the filters I've made?

Absolutely. Post the pic or .ffxml here. Also feel free to submit it, and if it is good, I'll approve it (if not, I'll give reasons why).

You can always submit an update via the Submit Wizard.

uberzev Cool filter

one question that FF made me ask myself is What would others think. One filter I made called Cement Mixer is something I needed rather then the what would others think. I have trouble with making some things in 3d apps one is cement textures. So FF solved this for me. Kinda...
