There are a lot of creative work arounds to get interesting effects in Filter Forge, but one thing I have yet to be able to do is generate a triangle frame shape (Or just a big triangle in the middle of the screen is fine) Has anyone every been able to achieve this effect? Any advice is much appreciated, thank you ^_^

This is the first way it came to mind to me. There's probably a more ways to go about this, though.

I basically used uberzev's "Curve to Shape" snippet filter. If you play around with the parameters in the curves components you can change the triangle's size and shape. triangle.ffxml |

Awesome! Thank you ssamm! Oh yes, of course my gratitude also goes to uberzev for creating the Curve to Shape snippet. I believe that this is exactly what I was looking for! ^_-

Ah, the filter that used the triangle snippet is now done!

It's called: Warning Signs! Thanks again for helping me out with the triangle ssamm and recommending uberzev's Curve to Shape snippet! Curve to Shape! Errr... I think that's the one, but it got updated later on I'm assuming to uberEdition v1.1 I also used Uberzev and byRo's "Any Angle Rotate" for the cross out on this filter... gee, this must of have been the third... nope, fourth time I used that Snippet on one of my submitted filters (I used it twice on Celestia)! Thanks again for the tip ssamm, I doubt I could have finalized this filter without it and of course special thanks to uberzev and byRo's wonderful Snippets ^_- -Zephos |

Yeah, that "Any Angle Rotate" is another filter I'm a fan of...

Cool stuff, Zephos! I've been browsing through your filters and am very impressed. (I just looked through "Binary Universe", "Sniper" and "Stick it Notes" -- wow, very clever work!) |

This got me thinking, is there a way to rotate the frame as to be an

aspect of a filters properties? at least 90 percent of all sensation is texture, even beyond the visual, with elements of noise, tone, gradients, interval and degree.
