I have been testing new simple ways of making a drop shadow without using blur for using with source images and think have found a way to use the smudge component and also be able to customize easily the direction of the shadow and how long is it

Is done as shown on the screenshot below

Most of the filters that use simple and basic drop shadow that uses images are using the bur component in the way that crapadilla have shown in his wiki

It is said that blur is one of the slowest components to use, so I thought that using smudge instead would be better and more efficient, but do not know how much faster or efficient is it to use this instead of blur, will have to test and see huch much takes to render each one and then can see the difference
