I use right to left since it was the only direction available in early versions and I got used to it.

Left-to-Right, despite the fact that I spent at least a year working on the Filter Editor when it was Right-to-Left only.

I will agree there. Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

This reminds me of the familiar question asking how do you put your toilet paper on the roll.
I'm enjoying using Filter Forge to create http://torley.com/textures |

Left to right -- it seems to make more sense to me (where it's somewhat similar to reading or math like 2+2=?). Similarly, if the question was top to down vs. down to top, I'd go for the top to down.

I agree with ssamm. Here is Left-to-Right of course, I couldn't ask Vladmir to make that*, where he spent a year and don't use that.
Thanks a lot Vlad. (*) He had already prototyped this before my request/suggestion. |

Yes, the prototype was done early, and I didn't like the result back then -- probably due to the fact that I got used to the old direction. We implemented the new direction after the first beta was already released.
