Yesterday, making a filter, I got the following situation :
Two big groups of effects. Each effects group was connected with a Switch. The Switch allowed to sel ect one input from each group and to blend it with the input fr om the other group. The problem : Even I reduced the number of effects to the most interesting ones, they are still more than 12 for one group. I tried to reduce their number adding some control that could allow to get more than one effect through the same input, but it make the filter too complex to use. The only way I could easily think to solve it was to connect all effects of each group to two Switches, A and B. Then adding a third switch to choose between the Switch A and the Switch B. My question is, is there a better way to do it? |

There are scripted "switch" components with more inputs in some filters that can be used/modified for this. For instance, I have a one in Arial TD Font Snippet.
