Hello, I have seen the new Bomber plus Quadrabomber example on the Features bomber plus page and I like it but I feel that it would be good if you could have a slider to soften all the square edges of the gradients.
![]() I know that on the polygon component I have seen that you can soften the edges, but I am not able to understand in this filter how the squares are created as they is no creator for the squares, only the gradient, and I do not know if you can soften the edges of the gradient component Although is a great and nice effect, the reason of Filter Forge is the customisable thing, where you can try different options and variations, so as shown above, it could be good perhaps to try to soften those hard edges and see what happens. I want to learn and know more things each time. Thanks for your possible help if this can be done |

Assuming you're looking for a way, to at it's basic level, alter the particle shape of the example filter, since the output of the group is really just a color based on the corners, you can just feed that into the color input of the polygon component.
Given that you can additionally change properties of the polygon shape to anything you want. Pretty nifty. ![]() |

Thanks for your help, I was thinking to use the polygon component for the square shape, but did not know where to put it, and you have showed well where is possible to put it correctly
I have tried it but I think that there may be something wrong or the problem may be the transparent background of the polygon component here is the original version as in the example filter ![]() |

If you wanna fill the gaps, increase the density parameter on the bomber+. You'll get a ton more particles, mildly slower render times, but it's worth it.

As said I think that the problem is the transparent background as if I replace it with black color it shows all through the image
But I can´t make the polygon square fill the whole component area, as you are forced to have that area around if you want to have bevel width or there is a possible way to make the square bigger? ![]() |

Yes, is true, I have seen that there was some blurry effect, but I thought that this was because it was a 600x600 image, but know that you say it, then it is true that I have seen is real. good to know |
