Ok So I Submitted Like 3 Filters Yesterday And Its Been A Day and I Cant see any of them in the filters section...
are they somewhere else??

Short answer: They update the library most weekdays, but not all. Wait a bit, don't worry.

Long answer:
I'm pretty sure someone at Filter Forge reviews filters before they are submitted. They want to avoid duplicate filters, trivial filters, and very slow filters. They don't care about "quality" (except for awarding Editor's Picks). Also, other people have asked the same question on these forums, use the search function to find the posts.

You mean that you submitted them on sunday, and they do not work on weekends, so have to wait until monday, and it may happen that it can take another day to be available sometimes, just wait a little

i do not know if a filter is rejected and will not be published if you get an email telling this

It sometimes happens that the filters need a few days to appear.
It can be because FF is working on the site or setting an update of the program.
