Filter Forge - Total beginners request turn white into transparent

paulcopeland Paul from Australia Posts: 43	G'day from Australia. I have just downloaded Filter Forge and need some help in creating a filter. I am a complete beginner. I want to remove the white background of some music compositions of mine so that the white background becomes transparent. Could some kind soul out there please assist me in this challenge. Thank you. Paul. Here is an example from one of my piano pieces. I want the white/almost white background removed to become transparent so that all I have left is the music notes etc. Winner Jean Bogan Piano Composition Competition 2016
