Hello, I need help with the Postage Stamp filter. I need it edited to include each side of the image to have the same sytle perforation. Right now, I find that 3 out of the 4 sides are alike. The one side that isn't stands out and ruins the look. Please contact me here if you would be willing to work on this for payment. We can discuss the payment. Thank you.

You should be able to download the ffxml file and open it in FilterForge. You can also send me an email and I'll send you the file.

Try right clicking on the ffxml link and there should be an option to "save link as", or similar, depending on what browser you're using. After saving the file to disk and you can open it in FilterForge.

Yes, as emme have said, the best way is
1 - right click over the link and then download link, or save download link as...
2- Go to where you downloaded the file and double click on it and it will be loaded inside filter forge
3 - Inside filter forge it will appear in the my filters folder with the same name as shown here on the forum
