I have found a way to use Photoshop Brushes inside FF to create things

I have just thought and realized now that you can use Photoshop brushes in a way that you can be used with filter forge to make mask and artistic works because they can be used in the way that can be applied to the canvas with transparent background and then exported as an PNG file with alpha

In Filter Forge (FF) then can be imported as an alpha transparent source image or as a selection

I already had put that You can use PSD Fonts Letters inside your filters NOW ! without FF 4.0 where I explain how to do it.

So, in the same way as the letters, you can also use Photoshop brushes in a image and in import it in FF and you can use it as a mask or as a shape to create things, either using colors or filling it with other source images or even other photoshop brushes.

I will modify my own Alphabet creator filters to use this photoshop brushes

well, really, you can already use now the available ANY FONT versions to load also photoshop brushes as PNG images, but these uses the normal bomber and is limited to just only 5 input

As these Photoshop brushes need to be converted to PNG and you need Photoshop to do it, there is also another alternative that does not need Photoshop or converting any brushes and is to have the PNG files already created and ready to use

Yes, you can make brushes in most graphic programs, a good thing to know. Long ago I created a filter that can use these brushes for painting, Brush Engine Van Gogh.. I've also provided some free brushes to play with:

External brushes (or any image file with transparency) may also be used to create more artistic patterns. The external and internal brushes may be mixed for more variation

OH!!! WOW!! I did not know and have not seen that in this filter you could be able to use external brushes and this has been done thinking of this. Very good to know a dthabks for putting it here

If you do not have Photoshop to use the brushes, there are a huge amount of websites that have isolated PNG graphics with transparent background

For example if you search in Google for splatter brush png isolated there are many free websites that have PNg to download and use in FF filters.

Here is one website that has a huge amount collection of free to download PNG transparent that are high quality

also these cool and well done stains that could be used with FF overlay blend mode in bomber for example

By the way, for anyone that may not know it, to download any of the above ones from this and previous two posts, when you click on the link the full image will open on a new tab and you only have to right click over the image and choose "Save image as"

All the above ones are to be used personally and can not be used to make a filter to submit to FF library as it is not allowed external images, so if you want to use already created realistic brush strokes in FF, I have found these ones
