Would be possible to SWAP individual range colors with your own ones?

In the 3 above examples is replaced most of the original source colors and this is good but I do not know how this can be done especifically, because using gradients maps will not work because the effect is applied IN ALL the source colors and NOT selectively, so then should be another way, what happens if what I want is to do it in a selective optionally way, so it I just want to change ONLY the reds and not any of the others it could be possible. or change first the reds and then see how it looks, and then change the blues, etc.

I think I would need some kind of palette swap or palette extraction to be able to change them

If you search for Replace color or color swap in filter library, appears filter that will replace ONE color but not a range, at least what I have found
