Helen Bradshaw Posts: 10	Hello: Is it possible to create a new image with a transparent background? If so, can someone please tell me how to do this? When I click on Image > Blank Image, the color palette appears. There's no option for a transparent background. Also, is it possible to stack two filters on top of each other? Thank you!

Rachel Duim So Called Tortured Artist Posts: 2498 Filters: 188	Yes. I've attached a snapshot of the color palette. Set A (alpha) to 0, which gives you a image with "nothing". Stacking can be done manually by using cut and paste with the Preview Size set to Actual. You csn hsve each filter in a seperate tab. There are options available for 3rd party automated batch processing on the Mac and Windows. Let me know if you are interested in the 3rd party batch processors. Math meets art meets psychedelia.
