This filter makes a unique image based on the external image and associated with a four digit number called ‘Key’ – a slider.
I have tested it and this image is extremely sensitive to tampering. I think with a little work the tampering could even be localized. Does anyone think a filter like this could be useful for purposes of authenticating an image? Signature.ffxml @ronviers |

I just want to add that with a threshold component these files can be made to be tiny - although they would probably loose some tamper localization options.

how would you implement it, as a small watermark or as an overlay against someone copying an underlying work?
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I have exactly zero experience in this area so I don’t know. I thought it could either be embedded with the key being sent separately or archived and retrieved later for purposes of forensics.

It's really quite lovely - graceful and flowing. If I was smart it would tell me a lot about the internal workings of FF - so I will settle for just being enamored by it. @ronviers |
