I'm looking for a curve min/max snippet - like the Math Op component, just with the operators "A > B" and "A < B" (well, just one of them would do..). I tried searching for this, but either I'm searching for the wrong terms or this snippet doesn't exist..

Maybe you could give an example of what you're trying to achieve?

if it's there, you're in the right area... curve ops. dont recall a greater than or lesser than one, off-hand, but might be there.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

What I want is to combine different curves using a combine mode similar to the lighten blendmode, and then use the result as profile for e.g. noise modules. Using the math curve op with A + B, doesn't work well, because the source curves "affects each other" if you understand what I mean...

Yeah, if I understand you correctly, I've wanted to do this with curves before too. I.e. Use the greater value for each point between two curves. (Or the opposite which would be like a darken blend.) But I never figured out a way.

I think I even requested it in the Feature Wishlist forum a while ago. |
