I am a total newbie so maybe I shouldn't even be posting here, but is there a filter that can create a bump map from your image?Thanks

If I understand right what you are asking, it would be if you can take a photo of a relief, a sculpture or similar, and habe FF make a bump map of it.
I don't think FF can do this, but there is a little program that can: http://www.crazybump.com/beta/download.html
