Can someone make changes to the Rain Ripple filter for me?

I like using the filter called "Rain Ripples - by Crapadilla" under the distortions section. However, I would really appreciate it if someone (Crapadilla) could add an effect to it as described below.

Currently the different factory presets create ring ripples as if viewed directly from above. However, if a photo has been taken diagonally (or with an oblique angle), the effect of the filter is not aligned with the perspective of the photo. I need an adjustment to the settings that allow the filter to also adjust to fit the angle of the underlying photo.

Would this be possible?? I would naturally be willing to pay Crapadilla / Filter Forge extra for this if necessary. This addition to the Rain Ripples filter should be fully compatible with the existing Filter Forge plugin.

Please let me know if this will be possible.

P.S. The plugin software from RedFieldPlugins called Ripple Magic is able to adjust the perspective of water ripple distortions, but cannot produce these small nice ring ripples that I would like to use for an art project I am working on.
