Thanks and glad you like it, although most of the work have been done by ThreeDee that started this and without his help nothing would have been possible.

SpaceRay, I really love this filter. With the right Inner Circle Image, Frame Image color and Background color it yields fabulous designs that can also be used as a starting point for other filters. Fewer iterations also give very nice looking results, but I like the filigran look of a higher number of iterations.

I did one render of a simple black ankh on a white background. I really like the result, despite the fact that an ankh may not be the best image for a bomber fractal:

There are some odd shadows around it that look like a semi-transparent square shape peeking through, but they could be removed easily with a program like Photoshop.

Experimenting, I applied the Wood Branding filter by Squideey to the image with the white background setting and came up with something that, to me, looks like a wrought iron design.

The Bomber Fractal image also looks great with artistic filters applied like the Grunge Posterizer filter by Carl.

EAdams, Thanks very much, and glad that you love it, and thanks for remembering for this filter and I could make it perhaps even better

Is true that depending on the source image you may get beautiful and great results

Like the artworks you have shown and are well done and is good

I have found these images, and I think that these may have been done using this Fractal bomber in FF as it looks very similar

Images made with Fractal bomber in FF?

It looks in the same way as I have done my version of the filter with different colors and variations as seen in the filter with 60 presets.

By the way, I forgot to tell before, that near the end, on Preset 50 there is an option for a triangular version without shadows.

And this above could be joined together to create 4 tiles and make a bigger square triangle

And now remembering this I think that this may still have a great potential to do interesting and cool things and keep developing it in different ways.

The filters are available on page 1 in different posts and I will put some more new more here
