Hi all. I just getting started with filter forge. I was able to get the effect I'm looking for which included some scaling at end. I can't figure out how to eliminate the image wrapping/tiling on itself...I just want the part in the middle. Any help is appreciated.

Have you the "seamless tiling" checkbox active? (must be empty)

How have you built the filter?

Can you put a screenshot of it?

Would be good to know more about it to help more

One Way I think of eliminating this is changing the resolution of the image output, BUT this will only work if you are using a color control for image input instead of the IMAGE component.

This could be also eliminated using the "scale" component, as it will increase the size of the triangle and fill all the space, although maybe you should resize the image output .

Hi Space Ray. I was able to make necessary changes more or less inline with you comments. Thank you!

One trick I like to do is make a Free Rectangle and with Start X/Y at 0 and End X/Y also at 0. Turn corners and bevel off so it fills up the whole frame. Make sure the component anchor (at the bottom) is on Image Bounds.

Next put your intended content as fill for the rectangle, then proceed to plug it into the scale component. What this will do is crop your content to the image box and cut off any wrapping that might naturally occur.
