I need a filter that will produce effects like PhotoShop's Oil Paint filter or the Dream Smoothing filter under "Artistic" in GIMP G'MIC filter set, but that will work when applied to relatively large image sizes of around 100 mb or so as well as those filters currently do on relatively small images of around 500 to 1000 kb. Is it possible to create filters in Filter Forge with an algorithm that will produce these effects?
