I tried to achieve picture 2 from picture 1 (enclosed you will find picture).

I am new user and I have not had experience, so any help will be appreciated. I do not know even is it possible accomplish that effect in Filter Forge?

I got almost the same with Perlin Noise, Gamma and Tone Curve.

What still bothering me is how I could control more clouds which give me Perlin Noise?
I would like to put some black/white parts fr om clouds on specific place.
e.g. in picture 1 only on darkest area to put darkest clouds from Perlin Noise and also for brighter area from picture 1 to put only brightest clouds from Perlin Noise.
Now Perlin Noise give me clouds random not exactly on area wh ere I would like to. ( I know that I have lot of variations but I can not control exact pat).

Maybe you have some solution?

I still do not have 100% control but I am closer than I was before.
