Don't know if anyone has implemented this in their own filters yet. I made a filter that the user can use color to shape the different objects. It works to a certain degree. I have only played with the profile grads. Heres a screen and the filter. Its called Color Shaper.
In the settings click on the Color Shaper and move the cursor in the darker color areas. It works in the other colors but not as good of a result.
