I've been trying to get something that repeats an element a predicable number of times in a radial direction. With some fudging of gradients I can get to the attached image but it's very inaccurate- what I'd like to see in the final product is a perfect circle repeated.

yes, attachments seem to be on the fritz right now. not sure why, but i cant attach images on the forums either.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

While investigating the links you gave me though, I couldn't help but do a litlle mod of leaf by design, take a look and see if you like it

This should do it. Made from ByRo/UberZev spherize/unspherize snippets. Put the element you want to repeat in the horizontal center, in the top half. TD Radial repeat.ffxml |

Here's the snippet, ThreeDee, please submit it to the library- I want you to have the credit and I think this is an important snippet! It's all ready to go with presets, it just needs a textual description (you know who to give credit to and whatnot).
