Resubmitting un-approved filters

What's the procedure for submitting updates to filters when we're still waiting to hear back on the first submission? I would think that it's not a good idea (since the only way to submit them both is to submit them both as new filters) but on the other hand you'd save time only reviewing the most recent one.

Is there any way we could have a third category for submissions? (Yeah, wrong forum, I know ) Perhaps: New, Update and Resubmit? Where Resubmit will replace filters that are in the submission queue and have the same filter and user names?

For the minute, here's a heads-up: I just resubmitted a texture called "Crate Factory", with some significant changes from the earlier submission - which hasn't been approved yet, since I submitted it about 12 hours ago. So if you see the first one, feel free to delete it
