For the web

Hello,
I usually have to make headders for web pages, sometimes in just a plain color with a bit text etc to represent the site owner, any way.

I like the attached image, many times i have to do something like this, and sometimes with rounded corners. Can any one create a simple filter to do this maybe using a hexi decimal, See how it is dark to bright with a big of texture behind it.

were one able to create something like this with a shadow and another back ground it could eaisly be a commercial filter.

if the filter could also give concepts of web safe colors

it is a small image due to the websafe colors, were the filter to offer choices of colorv along with corners along with the variant in color for the redish image as linked to above wow would be great and would be something I would pay more for.
