Is there a filter that would best help me in creating the effect seen on this page?
http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/TheCorporation/ I'm talking about the background underneath the welcome text, underneath the logo/header division. I don't necessarily need the shading/gradient; I'm just interested if there's a filter that generates a similar shape. Thanks, M.E.Z. |

you mean the streaky, gradient blue? shldnt be too hard to do, but i dont know of a specific filter that currently does it. a perlin with some stretch and some variation and maybe even play with a profile gradient in there and some color and it would get you pretty close.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
