Blank image - not blank preset

Can anyone tell me, why this happens. The image is blank (exept for 3-4 spots), but the presets seems fine??

There could be several reasons.....If its an image effect filter it could have to do with the image that is loaded...Or there could be no image loaded at all.....Could be lighting, could be the contrast in the filter tree somewhere....It might help to post the filter.... smile:)

It's a compression/image reduction effect.....when alot of the "like" image info gets screened out.....leaving the differentiated image info to stand out like that in a thumbnail image.....

Thank you both smile:) I have sorted it out now. I'm using the component "Maximum" and it set it on too much blur. When I changed it, it came out, as I wanted it smile:)
