Can someone create the filter which generates a similar picture of the sky? 
Part which is necessary to me of this image is blue curves on the sky. Sorry my bad English. |

Hi Metrick, there is a couple curve line snippets you could use as a base Line to curve this is a Betis one that would work .......... have a look in the library there are hundreds of grunge filters that you could use something out of and combine with the curves for the effects you want
