Congratulations!! You have a done a very good artistic effect with beautiful and interesting crosshatch style textures and with very nice black ink lines on the edges and inside borders too.

Like much also that you have a strong and bold preset AND a soft one that gives a different style that is also very good and useful to have both ways.

AND here is the SOFT preset to get a different style that is also beautiful and lovely as it looks like more like pencil drawing than ink like above.

This is the 4th preset

Another great filter Gene. I like that this can look like ink and pastel crayon and can also look like paint scrapped on canvas. Super filter as always. smile;)

SpaceRay .... I really like the way you dig into a filter you like and come up with super cool examples. Very nice images I especially liked the tiger. It is always nice when someone really gets what I am trying to do with a filter. You understood the variations very well ... Thank you very much for you comments and examples.

Morgantao ... Thanks for your encouragement. Hope you can find some good use for it.

Mardar ... Thanks for the good comments. There are really a number of similar filters in the library, but I wanted to make a very versatile mixed media kind of thing and at the same time keep it simple. Thanks again for your kind words ....

Usually, we can modify a post after few minutes, but I do not know why I can modify a post of yesterday. That is why I have added my guy tonight in the post of yesterday. smile:)

Post editing in FF's forum is a big mistery to me...only a recent post can be edited by the user who posted it, but that won't happen if there are any other post(s) by him or other users after that smile:?:
