Nice filter ... When I saw it in the other thread I thought it should be called "Gobo" because many of the examples looked like the gobo effect they use in movies where they use a pattern in front of lighting to create controlled shadows in a scene. There are lots of other possibilities as well that I am still exploring. I like that it is really fast, but there are a couple of unsued floating nodes in it. Getting rid of them may make it even faster .... Good useful filter ....

This is a strange image where I selected areas and used the filter with different settings ... I'm not sure if the combination came out good but it was very fun to do.

Well done. I think this could be useful also for lighting background textures in different nice ways.
Also this is like the "light gels" or "lighting gels" that are used to modify the scene for shooting photos or for rendering 3D models
