Gigi ... as I said this is a kinda dumb filter ... It does not not do much but I was happy I was able to get it done using only Free Ellipse and Free Rectangle. I started making a more complex monster or at least a wierd guy filter, but I got lazy and stopped. I do intend to make another more complex one when I get the time. I'm looking forward to your face maker filter .....

Thanks to all that checked this one out. I really did think it was a really dumb one and almost did not upload it. I just made it as a tool to use in my cartooning. Good to know that other folks can find some fun in my dumb stuff.
