OH! this is very good and well done, and is very useful to delete many parts of the image and leave only the darkest parts and make the rest transparent and use them as overlays, or for extruding it, or for duplicating, fliping, and rotating and mix them with blend modes

And I like the way you can customize it and have different levels

Thanks SpaceRay!
I've had this for a long time but I did a tutorial and used it and then some people said "where can we get that filter you used!".

Mini tutorial how to make a "painting"

That's why I made it in the first place, then I added some more features to it as I used it. This is the way I've been using FF, I have so many filters that are getting some features when I use them but think I hmm, if I only could....

what you're missing here, totte, is an invert component so that one could have only the lightest areas showing.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Kraellin, that's the "home work", I made it for dark areas, but maybe I'll make an update with an "inverse" check box.

Looks great totte! smile8)

I love that Zebra example, SR, very cool.

Agree with Craig, an option to select only the lightest colors would be nice to have too smile:)
