As the preview images that come with Filter Forge do not show off this filter very well, I have created a series of images for this thread.

The original seamless image has been cropped to show more detail. The lace image and the white woven fabric were licensed through Dollar Photo Club. The denim backgrounds are from Frozen Star's Denim Merchant Resource licensed through Renderosity.



Dark gold lace overlay on a white background.



Dark gold lace overlay on a light blue denim background.



Yellow gold lace overlay on a blue denim background.



Dark blue lace overlay over light blue denim background.



Light blue lace overlay over black denim background.

The final image in this post uses the background color at 40% opacity allowing the lace overlay to color the woven fabric underneath. A cut-away shows the fabric without the overlay for comparison.



Medium blue lace overlay over off-white simple-weave fabric.

I have examples of the presets, too, using the same lace image. I'll post them if anyone is interested.
