How to use this filter

Triptych maker 1 is used to make a triptych of a square image. You can scale and shift the image on the canvas and shift the triptych tiles. Use following step by step description on how to use this filter.


1. Load a square image for background. The dimensions of this image is used as
canvas for the triptych. Use "File" and "Open Image".
2. Load a square image to make a triptych from. Use control "Load your image here".
3. Use sliders "Scale image", "Shift image hori." and "Shift image vert." to
position the image on the canvas (for example a background pattern or just an
empty/transparent image used as canvas).
4. Use slider "Shift image tiles X" to shift the three image tiles.
5. Mark "BG ext. Image/Color" if you want a simple background color instead of
using a background image.
But you still have to load an image for using as canvas. You can alter the
background color by "Background Color"

If you do not like to scale the triptych, you can scale the canvas.
For example: If your square image is 600 * 600 pixel, create an empty background
image 700 * 700 pixel, mark "BG ext. Image/Color" and select the background color you like at "Background Color". Now your image has the original size.

This filter only works on using square images. Use "Triptych maker 2" to use rectangular images/photos. (coming soon...)
