I agree with Ghislaine, this is really a wonder, and awesome idea, that gives great effects, love it much.
SMUDGE POWER!!! I think that selecting correctly the source image, is possible to get beautiful things |

Yeah, this filter does a really nice job playing with both detail and abstraction. I think the fact that it produces results which have meaning and purpose overall that people can enjoy. It deserves a high usage rank.
