Your image can be transformed by 5 generators. A repeated rotation and shift operation is used on different slices of the image. See following lines on how to use this filter.

Component shortcuts

TW1-5 -> 5 generator components
BI -> Bricks component
TI -> Tiles component
K1 -> Kaleidoscope component
BG -> Background color/noise

Set "Select Twister" to 1
Use sliders: "TW1". Check "Bricks on" to use "BI" sliders.

Set "Select Twister" to 2
Use sliders: "TW2", "TI", "Iterations"

Set "Select Twister" to 3
Use sliders: "TW3", "Scale image 3-5", "Iterations"

Set "Select Twister" to 4
Use sliders: "TW4", "Scale image 3-5", "Iterations"

Set "Select Generator" to 5
Use sliders: "TW5", "Scale image 3-5", "Iterations"
