Why some filters have different presets on FF library than inside?

I wonder why there are some filters that the presets shown on the FF Library website are NOT the same as the ones available on the filter presets?

IF you activate the seamless tiling THEN the preset is the same as the one shown on the FF Library

I have seen some filters where in the FF library you can see some presets and then after you download it and when inside FF, the presets are different or very different (depends on the filter) and as said it is solved when activated the seamless tiling

Why happens this?

Why the preset does not keep the seamless tiling activated?

Why is shown a preset with seamless tiling in FF Library and then it is not included in the preset downloaded?

Oh, I understand this happen only to FF 1.0 filters as it was done differently
