I love this triangle look and want to duplicate it (assuming it is using a FF filter to create it). Does anyone know what filter was used to create this?

I think that this can be done easily in FF with a triangle, gradients, curve and threshold, there is already a filter that does this with a circle in some way, so it would only need to replace the circle with triangle, sorry that for now I do not remember what was the filter, if I find it I will put here
