Amazing Filter!~
Compare to Flaming Pear's Flood filter and I like yours better hands down!

yes, it was modeled after that plugin. always loved that filter and have used it any number of times. but with the great versatility of FF i thought i'd give it a shot here.
and now that someone has commented on it and i look at it again, i may eventually re-work this one. i remember there was a part i didnt like but never worked out a fix back then. and just sitting here typing re this filter, i can already think of extra things i could do with it. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
