How is the new version different?
This is nice. If they are very different, I would like to keep both. smile:)

The first one has the surface result. This one not. When I first made them I could see that this one works better over all. smile:)

Ya know what I don't understand. I make 2D Colorful Swirling patterns and everybody beats a path to my door. I make this filter(which I think is every bit as good as the other filter) and everybody but Ramlyn ignores it with all there might. Seriously, I just don't get it. smile:?:

Yes. In my opinion it is a good filter. I found it very useful to make backgrounds. smile:)

Judging from the presets, this filter creates some of the loveliest patterns I have seen resulting from FF. I would like to see some creative examples of how this filter has been used in people's designs. I haven't had much time to experiment with FF filters lately myself.

Thanx EAdams. smile:) I'd like to see some examples myself. I wish a lot of the people that use FF would post a few examples of there work now and then. I'd like to get a good idea of just how my filters are being used. smile:) smile;)

Thanx, I think this filter makes great patterns too..............
Is there any way this filter could be modified to include the 3D render settings (diffuse, bump normal...etc)
Regards,
Dave Lewis

Hey! Great example dijidave. smile:) If I understand correctly you want to render and save the maps. All you need to do is go into the program and in the upper left hand side click filter and the maps are at the bottom of the drop-down menu. smile:) smile;)
