Rotate in 4 degrees slider by SpaceRay

Hello, the reason I have made this is for 2 things

1 - Be able to use an equivalent simulation of the Rotate component so it would be compatible with the Seamless setting as the Rotate component is a NON-Seamless component that will disable the seamless option

2 - Any of the controls available to connect to the Rotate component for the settings does not allow to be able to use FIXED values, as the remapping only allows to use a range of values

So, with this one you can use just one slider to rotate in perfect 90º degrees increment

This is based on the great work made by CFandM in his Rotate Zoom 2 by CFandM but I have removed the zoom and made it in the right order
